- Statutory audit of financial statements
- Monthly posting of bills in Tally ERP on the ITI server
- Accounting compilation and finalization as per government rules
- Annual audit and certification under Societies Act / PPP
requirements
- TDS exemption application filing
- Balance sheet finalization and submission to Registrar of
Co-operative Society
- Income Tax assessment support if required
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of similar work experience required
- Similar service experience with Government / PSU organizations
required
- Past performance criteria:
- Three similar completed services ≥ 40% of estimated value, OR
- Two similar completed services ≥ 50% of estimated value, OR
- One similar completed service ≥ 80% of estimated value
- MSE and DPIIT startups receive relaxation in experience and
turnover criteria (subject to technical qualification).
Firm Requirement
- Audit Firm required as financial audit partner
- Documents required:
- Experience criteria proof
- Bidder turnover details
- Certificates requested in ATC
- Must comply with labour laws and GeM conditions.

Location Requirement
- Workplace must be within approximately 30 km of ITI Vansda
for ease of work and face-to-face contact.
- Work location: Government ITI Vansda, Manpur, Ta-Vansada, District
Navsari, Gujarat.
Contract Details
- Contract duration: 1 month and 1 day
- Bid type: Two Packet Bid
- Buyer may increase/decrease contract scope or duration by up to 25%.
Financial Details
- Estimated bid value: ₹25,000 (inclusive of taxes)
- Payment within 15 days after SDAC and online bill submission
- Evaluation method: Total value-wise evaluation
