NATURE OF WORK
- Financial Audit Services involving:
- Review of Financial Statements
- Internal Audit
- Audit Report preparation
- Internal control review
- Bank transaction review
- Internal Control over Financial Reporting
- System and process review
- Audit must be conducted on-site at Head Office, Delhi.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum 7 years experience in similar services.
- Similar service experience with Central/State Government/PSU
required.
- Similar work completion requirement:
- Three services ≥ 40% of estimated cost, or
- Two services ≥ 50% of estimated cost, or
- One service ≥ 80% of estimated cost.
- Past experience of similar services: Mandatory.

- ICAI CA Firm Certificate
- CA Membership Certificate
- CA Firm Registration Certificate
- CA Firm/CAG Empaneled Audit Firm status documentation.
ADVANCE REQUIREMENT
- EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): Not required.
- ePBG (Performance Bank Guarantee): Not required.
LOCATION REQUIREMENT
- Audit to be conducted at:
- Export Inspection Agency Delhi
- Thakkar Bapa Smarak Sadan, 2nd Floor,
- Dr. Ambedkar Marg, Link Road,
- Behind Jhandewalan Metro Station,
- New Delhi – 110055.
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Contract duration: 1 month.
- Bid Type: Two Packet Bid.
- Buyer may increase/decrease contract scope up to 25%.
FINANCIAL DETAILS
- Estimated bid value: ₹50,000 (inclusive of taxes).
- Minimum floor price: ₹10,000.
- Financial price breakup document: Required.
- Evaluation method: Total value-wise evaluation
