NATURE OF WORK
- Financial Audit Services – Audit Report for a CA Firm
- Internal Audit / Pre-Audit assignment
- Audit related to payment claims/payment orders
- MIS reporting support required
- Post-audit support required for 12 months
- Period: FY 2026–27, extendable based on performance
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum average annual turnover: ₹7 lakh (last 3 years)
- Minimum experience: 3 years in similar services
- Similar service experience with Government/PSU organizations

- Firm must be registered/incorporated with ICAI before 31/03/2022
- Firm should have completed at least one audit assignment for
Government/Semi-Government/PSU/Board/Corporation/Company/Society/Mission
- Firm should have at least 2 CA partners
FIRM REQUIREMENT
- Chartered Accountant Firm only
- Minimum two full-time CA partners
- Must provide documentary proof of registration/incorporation
- Supporting experience documents required: contract copies,
invoices, execution certificates, etc.
ADVANCE REQUIREMENT
- No EMD required
- No ePBG required
- Bid documents/certificates must be uploaded
- Required documents:
- Experience criteria proof
- Turnover proof
- ICAI certificate
- Additional ATC documents
LOCATION REQUIREMENT
- Service provider must have an office in Gujarat (state of
consignee)
- Documentary evidence mandatory
- Reporting office: National Horticulture Mission, Krishibhavan,
Sector-10A, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Contract period: 1 year
- Pre-audit period: FY 2026–27
- Extendable for a maximum of 4 additional years
- Extension with 10% increase on accepted fees, subject to
satisfactory performance
FINANCIAL DETAILS
- Estimated bid value: ₹2,25,000 (inclusive of taxes)
- Minimum turnover requirement: ₹7 lakh
- Reverse auction applicable
- Evaluation method: Total value-wise evaluation
- No minimum floor price defined
This is effectively a GeM tender for appointment
of a CA firm for internal/pre-audit services under the Directorate of
Horticulture, Gujarat Government.
