NATURE OF WORK

  • Financial Audit Services – Audit Report through a CA Firm
  • Internal Audit / Pre-Audit work for Payment Claims and Payment Orders under Gujarat Horticulture Mission Society (GHMS).
  • Detailed scrutiny of:
    • Payment claims before disbursement
    • Bills, vouchers, receipts, bank statements
    • Joint inspection reports
    • Compliance with scheme guidelines
  • Estimated work volume:
    • Around 125 payment claims
    • Each claim may contain approximately 100 sub-vouchers
    • Mainly projects above ₹5 lakh

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  1. Firm registered with ICAI before 31/03/2022 (minimum 3-year-old firm).
  2. Minimum 3 years' similar experience.
  3. Must have at least 2 CA partners.
  4. Must have completed:
    • One internal/pre-audit/statutory audit assignment of Government / PSU / Board / Corporation / Society / Mission
    • Organization turnover/expenditure at least ₹50 crore during last 3 FYs.
  5. Annual turnover requirement:
    • Minimum ₹7 lakh from audit/attestation services.

FIRM REQUIREMENT

  • Only practicing Chartered Accountant firms may participate.
  • Adequate resources must be deployed under supervision of senior personnel.
  • CA partner/paid CA employee must oversee execution.
  • All supporting documents should be uploaded in a single PDF chronologically.
  • Original documents may be required before award.

ADVANCE REQUIREMENT

  • No specific advance payment provision mentioned.
  • Payment is milestone-based (quarterly after completion of work).

LOCATION REQUIREMENT

  • Office of service provider must be located in Gujarat.
  • Registered address should have Head Office/Branch Office at Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.
