1.NATURE OF WORK
Tender Type: Appointment of Internal Auditor (Third Party cum
Internal Auditor) for FY 2025–26 for TRIFED Rajasthan Regional Office.
Major work
includes:
- Internal audit of Regional Office Rajasthan
and all associated outlets/godowns.
- Physical verification of:
- Fixed assets
- Inventory/stock
- Review of:
- Financial controls
- Risk management
- Statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.)
- Procurement process
- Inventory software (RIS)
- Legal cases
- Debtors/creditors
- Scheme implementation
- Submission of audit reports with annexures.
- Completion within 3 months from award date.
2.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The CA firm must
satisfy all of these:
- Empaneled with Comptroller & Auditor
General (CAG).
- Included in Central Registrar of
Cooperative Societies empanelment list.
- Head office must be in Rajasthan.
- Experience in statutory/internal/concurrent
audits of:
- Government departments
- PSUs
- Autonomous bodies
- Statutory organizations
- Minimum:
- 5 partners
- 3 partners with ≥10 years experience
- Remaining partners with ≥5 years
- Average annual turnover:
- Minimum ₹1 crore
- Last 3 FYs:
- Documentary proof mandatory.
3.FIRM REQUIREMENT
Additional
requirements:
- Must conduct simultaneous audits of offices
and showrooms.
- Must provide appreciation letters/recognitions
received in last 3 years.
- Prior experience in organizations governed by:
- Multi-State Cooperative Societies (Amendment)
Act 2023
- No disciplinary proceedings with ICAI/GOI.
- Must maintain confidentiality.
- Selected auditor cannot become statutory
auditor for same FY.
4.ADVANCE REQUIREMENT
