1. NATURE OF WORK

The tender is for Financial Audit Services by a CAG empanelled Audit/CA Firm involving:

  • Review of financial statements
  • Statutory audit
  • Audit reporting
  • Compliance verification with laws and regulations
  • Bank transaction review
  • Audit of:
    • Cash & bank balances
    • Payables
    • Receivables
    • Purchase & procurement transactions
  • Monthly progress reporting and MIS reporting support

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The bidder must satisfy:

Experience requirement

  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar services.

Past experience condition
Bidder must have completed either:

  • 3 similar services ≥ 40% of estimated cost, OR
  • 2 similar services ≥ 50% of estimated cost, OR
  • 1 similar service ≥ 80% of estimated cost

Estimated value = ₹75,000

Hence:

  • 40% = ₹30,000
  • 50% = ₹37,500
  • 80% = ₹60,000

Technical qualification

  • Total marks: 100
  • Minimum qualifying marks: 50

3. FIRM REQUIREMENT

The firm should be:

  • CAG Empanelled Audit Firm or CA Firm
  • Have qualified professionals/partners as per ATC
  • Firm existence years as per ICAI certificate
  • Qualified staff with DISA/CISA where required
  • Full-time CAs and professional audit staff requirements as per Annexure/ATC

4. ADVANCE REQUIREMENT

No advance payment provision is mentioned.

  • After:
    • Service Delivery Acceptance Certificate (SDAC)
    • Online bill submission
