Nature of Work
The assignment is for constituting a panel of Chartered Accountants for
conducting the Statutory Audit of the International Film City project in
YEIDA. Major responsibilities include:
- Audit of concessionaire accounts and financial statements
- Review of receipts, revenues, assets, liabilities, escrow payments,
etc.
- Quarterly review of unaudited financial statements
- Annual audited statements and certifications
- Certification of claims and financial documents
- Possible role as Additional/Concurrent Auditors during the project
period
- Field studies, data analysis, and project assessments where
required
Eligibility Criteria
The bidder must satisfy all of the following:
- Conducted statutory audits for at least 100 companies under
Companies Act, 2013
- Out of these, minimum 10 should be Public Sector Undertakings
(PSUs)
- Companies audited should have average turnover of ₹25 Cr or
above
- Experience should be within the last 5 financial years
- Minimum 5 practicing Chartered Accountants, each having 10+
years experience
- No blacklisting/disqualification by:
- CAG
- Central/State Government
- YEIDA
- No failed contract performance during the previous five years
- Office in Uttar Pradesh or an adjoining state with minimum 2
practicing CAs

Required firm documents:
- ICAI registration certificate
- PAN
- GST registration
- Incorporation certificate
- Power of Attorney / Board Resolution (authorized signatory)
- Work orders / LOA / Agreements
- Completion certificate or CA certificate with UDIN
- Self-declarations:
- Non-blacklisting
- No contract failures
- No litigation concerns
