Hiring 01 Chartered Accountant from external source for a period of 01 year for handling various types of accounting related works in the office of Senior Accounts Officer, Jagdalpur under the office of Superintending Engineer (JV), CSR Finance Company, Jagdalpur

✅ 1. ELIGIBILITY

A. CA Qualification Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Accountant.
• Must have minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a Limited Company OR
  2 years of Internal Audit experience in any PSU.
• Must have computer proficiency (SAP ERP + MS Office).

B. Other Eligibility Requirements

• Bidder must provide:
• Name of candidate
• CV & CA Certificate
• Candidate must work full-time at the Jagdalpur office (10:00 AM–5:30 PM).
• Attendance is compulsory (basis for billing).

This is the annual estimated cost for engaging one CA for FY 2025–26.

✔ Tender Form Fee

➡️ ₹ 2,000 + 18% GST (non-refundable)

✔ Monthly Fee to Be Quoted by Bidder

• Quote monthly consolidated fee including all taxes/duties except GST.
• Format provided in Price Bid (Page 7).

✅ 3. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit)

➡️ ₹ 5,496/- (refundable)
➡️ Must be paid online through e-bidding portal.
➡️ Tender without EMD will be rejected.

✅ 4. CONTRACT PERIOD

➡️ 01 Year (FY 2025–26)
➡️ Starts from the date of execution of agreement.
