1. NATURE OF WORK

Work Title: Compliance audit by auditors authorized by CPCB for ash disposal at ATPS Chachai as per MOEF & CC notification No. 5481(E), dated 31.12.2021 for FY 2025–26.

Scope includes:

• Audit of annual implementation report.
• Verification of:
• Net ash disposal into ash ponds.
• Fly ash and bottom ash utilization records.
• Ash storage and available storage capacity.
• Ash slurry disposal and water recirculation systems.
• Site visit by maximum 2 auditors, staying approximately 2 days.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The bidder must:

1. Have GST registration.
2. Be authorized by CPCB for this work.
3. Auditor's name must appear in CPCB office memorandum IPC-II/CP-II/76/2022/1257 dated 06.03.2023.
4. Submit supporting proof of CPCB authorization.

3. FIRM REQUIREMENT

Required documents:

• Credentials/PQR envelope
• Price bid envelope
• GST registration certificate
• PAN number
• MSME/Udyam certificate (if applicable)
• CPCB authorization proof
• Labour license (if applicable)

Tender format:
Two-envelope system:

• Envelope 1 → Credentials/PQR
• Envelope 2 → Price Bid

4. ADVANCE REQUIREMENT

Payment terms:

• 50% advance payment
• Released after issue and acceptance of work order
• Auditor must provide PI and bank/account details
• Remaining 50% payment
• Released after satisfactory completion of audit work

TA/DA and accommodation reimbursements are separate.

ATPS, MPPGCL Chachai
District: Anuppur
State: Madhya Pradesh

Accommodation during site visit:

• Arranged at ATPS Chachai (if available)
• Local conveyance during site visit arranged by MPPGCL
