1.NATURE OF WORK
This is an Expression of Interest / quotation for conducting Statutory
Audit of MGNREGA Fund and State Fund for FY 2025–26 in Uttar Dinajpur
district, West Bengal.
Scope includes:
- Statutory
audit of MGNREGA accounts at District, Block, Panchayat Samiti, Gram
Panchayat and Line Department level
- Preparation
of annual financial statements for FY 2025–26
- Reconciliation
of bank accounts and PIA-wise fund balances
- Examination
of account books
- Internal
control checking
- Detection
of embezzlement/diversion of funds
- Field
verification of scheme execution (minimum 10% test check)
- Preparation
of office-wise and consolidated audit reports
- Submission
of detailed and consolidated audit reports
