1. NATURE OF WORK

The work is for hiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm for:

• Part A: Statutory Audit of SIHM Balangir accounts for FY 2026–27
• Part B: Quarterly Audit of SIHM Balangir accounts for FY 2026–27
• Initial contract period: 1 year
• Extendable: Up to 2 more years based on satisfactory performance
• Audit reports and audited financial statements must be submitted within prescribed timelines
• Deployment requirement:
• Minimum one qualified CA/Partner
• Sufficient audit assistants
• One partner must physically visit the institute during audit work

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

A CA firm can apply if:

• It is a:
• Proprietorship firm
• Partnership firm
• LLP firm
• Must possess ICAI Certificate of Practice
• Head office or branch office must be located in Odisha
• Must be CAG empanelled
• Must have:

Experience requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in statutory audit of:
• Central/State PSUs
• Banking companies
• Insurance companies
• Experience of:
• Statutory/Internal/Verification audit
• At least one PSU/Autonomous body/Society
• More than 3 years experience

Disqualification:

• Blacklisted firms are not eligible
• Partners convicted with imprisonment ≥3 years are ineligible
• HUF firms not allowed
• Subletting prohibited
