Nature of Work
The assignment is for hiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm
as Statutory Auditors for Surat Sitilink Limited for the period
01.04.2026–31.03.2027. Scope includes:
- Statutory
Audit under Companies Act, 2013
- Tax
Audit under Section 44AB
- Income
Tax and TDS return filing
- IND-AS
compliance
- Preparation
of financial statements
- GST
compliance and advisory
- Utilization
certificate certification
- Direct
and indirect tax opinions
- Handling
tax notices, hearings, appeals, and departmental matters
- Consultation
on accounting systems and internal controls
- Other
finance-related work assigned by SSL
Eligibility Criteria
The firm must satisfy:
- CA
Partnership Firm/LLP with more than 10 years of experience
- Experience
in statutory/internal/pre-audit of:
- Public
Sector Companies
- Government
Companies
- Local
authorities
- Externally
aided/social sector projects
- Minimum
3 partners continuously associated for last 5 years
- Average
turnover (last 3 years): > ₹1.50 crore
- Average
taxable income (last 3 years): > ₹0.25 crore
- Minimum
5 FCA partners
- Experience
in IND-AS/US GAAP/IFRS attestation
- No
disciplinary matters or disqualification
- No
blacklist/debarment history
Firm Requirement
The CA firm must:
- Have
Head Office located in Surat
- Submit
two government proofs of Surat office location
- Not
be a branch/collaborated firm
- Not
subcontract the assignment
- Deploy
qualified CA and technical staff
- Provide
supporting documents and undertakings as required
Advance Requirement
No mobilization advance/payment advance is mentioned.
However, a successful bidder must submit:
- Security
Deposit: 5% of contract consideration
- To
be deposited within 10 days of award
- Delay
penalty: 0.065% per day on security amount
