1.NATURE OF WORK

The selected CA firm has to conduct statutory audit of MPLAD Scheme accounts for Koraput District. Scope includes:

• Checking all records, books of accounts and supporting documents
• Reviewing opening/closing balances and adjustment of advances
• Reconciling bank accounts with cash books and registers
• Verifying correctness of financial transactions
• Reporting discrepancies and suggestions
• Completing audit and submitting final audit report within stipulated time
• Starting audit within 7 days of appointment

2.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The CA firm must satisfy:

1. Odisha-based CA firm
2. Empanelled with C&AG for FY 2026–27
3. Minimum 3 years experience in:
• PSU audits
• Government schemes/projects
• Externally aided projects
4. Average annual turnover:
• Minimum ₹10 lakh over last 3 financial years
5. Registered with:
• ICAI
• PAN
• GST
6. Firm must not be blacklisted
7. No conflict of interest declaration required
8. Must provide undertaking to deploy:
• Audit Manager: CA with minimum 3 years post qualification experience
• Audit Staff: minimum 3 years audit experience
