Work
- Preparation of Proforma Accounts for FY 2025-26.
- Preparation of Fixed Asset Register for FY 2025-26.
- Audit certification of Proforma Accounts through Indian Audit &
Accounts Department, Sri Vijayapuram.
- Completion within 45 days from issue of work order.
2.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar services.
- Experience with Central/State Government Organizations or PSUs.
- Similar work completion requirement:
- 3 similar works ≥ 40% of estimated cost, or
- 2 similar works ≥ 50% of estimated cost, or
- 1 similar work ≥ 80% of estimated cost.
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Certified Internal Auditor (ICAI) certification.
3. Firm
Requirement
- PAN Card.
- GST Registration Certificate.
- Declaration that the firm is not blacklisted/debarred.
- Declaration regarding no relatives working in PMB.
- Undertaking accepting all tender terms and conditions.
- Proof of completion of five similar Proforma Account preparation
works in Government Institutions.
4. Advance
Requirement
- No advance payment provision.
- 100% payment after:
- Completion of Proforma Accounts, and
- Completion of audit by the Audit Department.
5. Location
Requirement
- Port Management Board, Sri Vijayapuram (Port Blair), Andaman &
Nicobar Islands.
- Deployment Location: Onsite.
- Successful bidder must remain present at Sri Vijayapuram during the
audit process.
6. Contract
& Security Requirements
- Contract Period: 6 Months.
- Estimated Bid Value: ₹53,300.
- Performance Security (ePBG): 5% of contract value.
- ePBG validity: 14 months.
