1. Nature of Work
Concurrent Audit of various programmes implemented under NHM Chhattisgarh,
including review of financial statements, internal controls, compliance, fund
utilization, statutory compliance, and audit reporting.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Average annual turnover of at least ₹30 lakh during the last 3
financial years.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar audit services.
- Experience of providing similar services to Central/State
Government organizations or PSUs.
- Similar work experience meeting prescribed value criteria.
3. Firm Requirement
- CA Firm / Audit Firm / CAG Empanelled Audit Firm.
- Minimum 10 years of firm existence.
- Minimum 5 partners.
- Minimum 10 assignments in Internal/Concurrent/Statutory Audit of
Government/PSU/Semi-Government entities.
- Minimum 5 semi-qualified CA/CMA staff with at least 1 year
experience.
- PAN, GST registration, ICAI/ICMAI registration, audited financial
statements, and other supporting documents.
4. Advance Requirement
- EMD: ₹10,000 per unit/bid.
- For all 4 units, EMD required: ₹40,000.
- Performance Security: 5% of total contract value.
5. Location Requirement
- Audit assignments for four divisions of Chhattisgarh:
- Bilaspur
- Durg
- Raipur
- Surguja
- Separate financial bid to be submitted for each division.
