Work
Statutory Audit of Books of Accounts of Raipur Municipal Corporation
for FY 2025-26.
Review of Financial Statements.
Audit Report preparation.
Compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, and SEBI Municipal
Debt Securities Regulations.
Certification and reporting related to municipal bond proceeds and
utilization.

Eligibility Criteria
Partnership CA Firm.
Minimum average annual gross receipts/turnover of ₹20 lakh during
the last 3 financial years.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar audit services.
At least 5 similar professional assignments completed.
At least 2 full-time Chartered Accountant partners.
At least 2 partners should be FCA.
At least 1 paid assistant registered with ICAI.
3. Firm
Requirement
Peer Reviewed CA Firm registered with ICAI.
C&AG Empanelled Firm.
Firm should not be debarred, blacklisted, or penalized by ICAI,
C&AG, SEBI, RBI, or any statutory authority.
Submission of Firm Registration Certificate, Partner Membership
Certificates, Audited Financial Statements (FY 2022-23 to 2024-25), ITRs,
PAN, and GST Registration.
4. Advance
Requirement
EMD: ₹6,000.
EMD to be submitted through FDR/Bank Draft in favour of
Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Raipur.
No ePBG required.
5. Location
Requirement
Head Office or Branch Office must be located in Raipur,
Chhattisgarh.
Office should be at least 5 years old as on 31.03.2026.
6. Contract
Details
Tender Value / Minimum Fee: ₹6,00,000.
Duration of Audit Work: 3 Months.
Initial Contract Period: 1 Year (extendable by another year based
on performance and approval).
