1. Nature of Work

• Statutory Audit of State Health Society (SHS) and District Health Societies (DHS).
• Audit of NHM programmes under:
• Flexible Pool for RCH & Health System Strengthening
• National Health Programmes
• Urban Health Mission
• PM-ABHIM
• ECRP-I & II
• ABDM
• AB-PMJAY
• Review of financial statements, expenditure, fund utilization, compliance, and audit reporting.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm empanelled with C&AG.
• Eligible for Major PSU Audit for FY 2025-26.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar audit assignments.
• Past experience with Government Departments, PSUs, or similar organizations.

3. Firm Requirement

• Adequate number of partners and professional staff.
• Qualified Chartered Accountants on payroll.
• Audit team headed by a qualified CA.
• DISA/CISA-qualified professionals as required in the RFP.
• Experience in audits of Government bodies, PSUs, and centrally funded institutions.
• Must submit experience certificates, work orders, and supporting documents.

4. Advance Requirement

• EMD: Not Required.
• ePBG (Performance Bank Guarantee): Not Required.
• Bid validity: 180 days.
