1. Scope of Work

A. GST Compliance

  • Monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing
  • GST liability computation and GSTR-2A / 2B reconciliation
  • GST TDS, GSTR-7 and GSTR-7A
  • Annual reconciliation, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C
  • GST advisory and rectification of discrepancies

B. Income Tax & TDS Compliance

  • Quarterly TDS returns and correction statements
  • Form 26AS and TRACES reconciliation
  • Issue of Form 16 and Form 16A
  • Filing of ITR-7 and coordination of Form 10B / 10BB
  • Tax exemption compliance for the Institute

C. Financial Statements & Audit

  • Preparation of annual financial statements
  • Balance Sheet, Income & Expenditure Account, Receipts & Payments Account
  • Notes to Accounts and fixed asset, grant and investment schedules
  • Internal audit and GFR compliance review
  • Procurement, payroll and expenditure review with audit reports and follow-up

D. Other Statutory Compliance

  • Professional Tax returns, payments, notices and assessments
  • Actuarial valuation of gratuity and leave encashment
  • Coordination with a qualified actuary

E. PFMS

  • Account reconciliation and project-wise accounts
  • Maintenance of Cash Book
  • Utilisation Certificates and Statements of Expenditure
