corrigendum : empanelment of chartered accountant firms for carrying out monthly concurrent audit for jal jeevan mission assam

1. Eligibility Criteria (Clarified & Modified)

✔ CA firm must:

·         Be Successfully empanelled with C&AG and

·         Have audit experience (statutory/ concurrent) with Government departments/ PSUs

·         Preferably include Government audit experience related to Water Supply or Jal Jeevan Mission, wherever possible.

✔ Branch Office Requirement

·         Only the lead office must satisfy the turnover requirement,

·         But branch offices must meet manpower requirements.

✔ Minimum Staff Requirement

·         Must have minimum 5 FCAs + 4 ACCAs on payroll (as clarified on page 5).

2. COST / ESTIMATED BID / FEES

✔ Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

➡️ ₹80,000 (Rupees Eighty Thousand only)

✔ EMD exemption for MSME is not allowed

3. Reporting Timeline

✔ Monthly Audit Report must be submitted by 10th of every month

(As per RFP clause).
