Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible if:

1.    Organization Type:
Registered in India as:

o    Company (Companies Act 2013)

o    LLP

o    Partnership Firm

o    Proprietorship

2.    You are NOT a Telecom Licensee
(No access or internet service license under Indian Telegraph Act 1885)

3.    Mandatory Valid Registrations:

o    GST

o    PAN

4.    No Blacklisting:
Not barred by any government body for poor performance or other reasons.

5.    No Conflict of Interest:
Should not have a business relationship related to telecom network QoS audit or operations with any licensed telecom service provider.

6.    Financial Turnover:

o    Minimum ₹1 crore average annual turnover in FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25

7.    Experience:

o    Minimum 1 year of telecom network QoS audit or assessment experience relevant to this tender.
