🔹 Eligibility Criteria

·         Minimum turnover: ₹5 Lakhs (average of last 3 years)

·         Experience:

o    Minimum 5 years handling TDS/GST/Income Tax for Govt/PSU/reputed entities

o    Must provide past GeM work orders + CRAC for at least 1 order per year

o    Must meet GeM past performance criteria (40%/50%/80% rule)

·         Professional: Valid ICAI Registration Certificate

·         Mandatory office in Lucknow (GST or Shops & Establishment certificate proof)

·         ISO 9001:2015 required

·         Positive net worth CA certificate

·         PAN, GST, Incorporation Certificate, ITRs

·         Notarised affidavit stating:

o    Not blacklisted

o    Not bankrupt

o    All documents genuine
