Criteria
- Minimum Avg. Turnover: ₹50 lakhs (last 3 years)
- Past Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar services
- Past Work Value Requirement:
- 3 works ≥ 40% of estimated cost, or
- 2 works ≥ 50%, or
- 1 work ≥ 80%
- Office of the service provider must be
located in Uttar Pradesh.
- QCBS Evaluation Method: Technical 30% +
Financial 70%
- Minimum Technical Score: 70/100

- ePBG: 3% of contract value (valid for 26 months)
- EMD/PBG can also be submitted via DD/FDR.
