ELIGIBILITY

1️ Similar Work Experience

·         Must have 3 similar assignments completed for Govt./PSU in the last 5 years
(FY 2020-21 to 2024-25).

·         Work order + invoice/completion proof required.

2️ CAG Empanelment

·         Firm must be C&AG-empaneled.

·         Valid CAG empanelment certificate mandatory.

3 Minimum Turnover

·         Average turnover ≥ ₹50 Lakhs (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25).

·         CA-certified P&L, Balance Sheet, and ITR must be submitted.

4️ No Professional Misconduct

·         Firm/partners must not have been found guilty of misconduct under CA Act 1949
or penalized under any tax laws in last 5 years.

5️ No Investigations / No Litigation

·         Firm/partners must not be facing any tax investigations or court litigation.

6️ Not Under Liquidation / Not Loss-making

·         Firm should not be under liquidation.

·         Firm should not be loss-making at time of bid.

7️ Mandatory Self-Declaration

·         Self-declaration covering points 4, 5, and 6 must be provided.
