Expression of Interest (EOI) for Empanelment of Chartered Accountants for Statutory Audit of M/s. Amara Taraimar and Sarya Mines Pvt Ltd, Mine Operator

Eligibility Criteria – KPCL CA Empanelment

1. Minimum 100 statutory audits of companies under Companies Act.
2. At least 10 PSU audits included in the above.
3. Minimum 5 practicing CAs in the firm, each with 10+ years’ experience.
4. Firm/partners not blacklisted by CAG or any authority.
5. Firm must have an office in Chhattisgarh or adjacent state with minimum 2 practicing CAs posted there.

If any one condition is not met → Firm is rejected.

The empanelment & audit period is:  5 Financial Years (FY 2025–26 to FY 2029–30)

Minimum Audit Fees: ₹4,50,000 (Four lakh fifty thousand)

Plus:

• GST extra

• Out-of-pocket expenses — at actuals (with bills)
