🔹 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Financial

• Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹15 Lakhs (Last 3 years)
• MSE/Startup: Turnover exemption up to ₹12 lakhs

Experience

• 3 Years past experience in similar services.
• Must have completed:
• 3 projects ≥ 40% of tender value in last 3 years
• For minimum 2 different clients
• Audit experience not allowed

Manpower Requirement (Firm Level)

• CA firm must have:
• 5 CA members total
• 3 FCA members

🔹 ESTIMATED BID VALUE

·         ₹3,96,000

Minimum Floor Price fixed by Buyer: ₹33,000 per month.

🔹 CONTRACT PERIOD

·         12 Months (1 Year)

·         Location: BIS NRO Laboratory, Mohali

🔹 SPECIAL CONDITIONS

·         Contract extension up to +25% allowed

·         Bid reserved for MSEs of the same State (Punjab)
