CA Atul Agrawal is a qualified fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 29 years of experience in the profession. Academically, he holds degrees in both Science and Law. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he further enriched his credentials by completing multiple specialized certification courses organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), including Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection, Certificate Course on MSME, and Certificate Course on UAE Corporate Tax.
He is regularly invited to conduct knowledge sessions on a wide range of professional and contemporary topics. His affiliations include close working associations with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, ICAI, and various other Autonomous bodies.
He serves as a designated resource person for the Financial & Tax Literacy drive being led by Ministry of Cooperation Affairs, Government of India in collaboration with CBSE and by the Financial & Tax Literacy Directorate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also been recognized as a speaker and subject matter expert by the ICAI for various topics viz. Bank Branch Audits, Direct Tax, Corp
orate Laws, MSMEs, NPOs & NGOs, Overseas Opportunities, etc. He is also actively involved in advising on documentation from a peer review perspective.
During his profession, he has had the opportunity to work as a Member of the Executive Committee of CIRC of ICAI for three years, including Chairman CICASA of CIRC of ICAI during Council Year 2020–21 and as Vice Chairman CIRC of ICAI during Council Year 2021-22.
