The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued General Circular No. 08/2025 dated 30th December, 2025, granting:

  • Relaxation of additional fees

  • Extension of time for filing Financial Statements and Annual Returns for FY 2024–25

  • Applicable under the Companies Act, 2013

New filing deadline: 31st January, 2026
