ICAI – Important Professional Update
Migration of UDIN Portal to ICAI DigiCA Platform

Members are hereby informed that the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is in the process of migrating the existing UDIN Portal to the ICAI DigiCA Platform with effect from 20 December 2025.

The upgraded ICAI DigiCA Platform is proposed to offer an improved user interface, enhanced usability, and additional features, in line with the decisions taken by the ICAI Council from time to time.

To enable a smooth and secure migration, the existing UDIN Portal will remain temporarily unavailable for all UDIN-related activities, including UDIN generation and verification, for approximately 24 hours, commencing from midnight of 19 December 2025.

Members are advised to plan their certification and documentation requirements accordingly and complete any time-sensitive UDIN-related work in advance to avoid inconvenience.
